Add Bloom, Add Glare AOV nodes works different than regular ones from Camera Post Processing.

The output AOV effects aren't exact copies of the post processing effects, but we'll try to improve them in future builds.

Are you using an analytical light here? If so I’d use another light type as I’ve found those lights have small odd behavior like this.
