Hi. I just installed the Octane addon in Blender 3.6.4
It is behaving weirdly. The viewport has a glitch when I orbit around the mesh. I get a L-shape half-black viewport. Also, I can not see any kernel options (check attachment please).
Additionally, the mesh shows wireframe tris faces when using the render viewport. I have also noticed that the Octane Server is running, but I have not "asked" for any login, like in the alternative version of Octane Blender. When I try to see if it's running, apparently it is, but I do not have any way to check more than my task manager. The icon on the system tray is unresponsive.
I checked if it appears in Windows>Remove Applications, and I can not find any trance of the server as an installed "thing".
I am running Windows 11 and an RTX 4080 (laptop edition) with the latest drivers from Nvidia (October version).
Am I doing something wrong?
Thank you
Addon version 28.3.2 viewport glitch
Hi, make sure you loaded basic document template for Octane first. It's located in File menu > New > Octane Default Startup

As long as you set all the necessary options by yourself (Kernel and Color Management in primis), then no, it's not needed.
