Cannot login to forum account when trying to purchase octane

I am trying to purchase octane, but cannot. Every time I try to login to my forum account while in the purchasing process, I will get the error sorry you have entered an incorrect password/username. Please help with this, as it is beginning to become a bit frustrating.

Hi,

Can you try changing your forum password to something else, waiting 30 minutes and trying again ?

Any ideas? Would one of the administrators be able to manually give me the privileges?

Can you send us a mail please with a screenshot of the exact thing that goes wrong ? I'm not %100 sure what exactly goes wrong according to your post.
