Cryptomatte from groups

Is there a way to specify just a few groups to send to Cryptomatte? Let's say we have an object with ~40 groups for different surfaces, but we just want Cryptomatte data for like 3 of them. Is there any way to tag just what you want to use in cryptomatte and disregard the rest?
