I want a fast simple renderer not an all in one solution.
If you want thousend of features, the startuptime is greater then the render time...
You want to use filters?
Use Gimp, Photoshop or whatever, they are specialized for that type of work...
And usefull for animators? Animators render in passes and comp the result later together.

Octane is intended to be an unbiased renderer. I don't think it's appropriate to be adding more artistic features like this, at least not before it has matured a lot more in its current goals.
