lights in instances do not get updated. make a light, put it into NULL, make instance of null, move the null while LV active. instanced light stays at original position until you move the original light inside the null.

there is also a problem with lights when copy pasted whitout resending the whole scene. that can get frustrating when working with dozens of lights.
Instance mode should be "instance" not "render instance" AND use latest version of plugin.

ok, the core problem is, that you need to resend whole scene to LV/GPU when you have added one light to get realtime psoitionupdates. that problem spreads to instances in "instance" mode as well. so its an update issue. you can select"update lights" in LV but if you create a new one, it does not get updated! try it.
make a scene, make a light and move it without resending to LV/GPU. working is hard with this.

Are you using 2022.1.1-XX? I see 2022.1 in your picture.
Please try and capture a video if it still happens.
