Octane for C4D Plugin doesn't recognize my subscription

I purchased a monthly subscription a few days ago and the payment has cleared. I can see my options for downloading the latest c4d plugins and get the newest one and install it. When I open up c4d and try to access Octane, I get an error saying that it couldn't find the required license or my subscription has expired. I've tried every single download option for Windows and nothing works. I've deactivated my account on my computer using the standalone render and try to reactivate through C4D but everytime I do I get the same error.

I was using OctaneVR a few months ago without any issues but cancelled my account for the holidays but now that I'm trying to renew and start working again it won't let me. Any ideas?

Same problem i am currently facing
Same error message. No Access.
I made a one year subscription few hours ago.
