Possible bug: Cant find all my Cuda cores?

i have 460gtx and i currently see ~220 cuda cores, but the card has ~330 cores. does that mean that with cuda 3.2 my card will render 50% faster then it does now?
desktop - win7 64bit, i5-4690, 12gb ddr3, 970gtx 4gb, 460gtx 2gb
laptop - win7 64bit, i7-2630qm, 10gb ddr3, 550m 2gb
