licence/subscription not avaiable

Hello,
i wanted to render something out on a other pc. First i logged out on Octane on the first pc, then i wanted to render on a second pc. But when i type in my logins, there comes a messages as in the attachement. Why is this an what can i do? When i click on logout, then i can type in my login data again, but then there is the message that a valid internet connection is required to activate this copy of octane. This computer has definitive a running internetconnection and nothing is blocked on firewall.
