In octane 2021, image texture nodes had a single 'border mode' pulldown menu to select if a texture should repeat at the edges. This meant when adding an alpha opacity map, we only needed to change one setting to prevent repeating. In octane 2022 this was split into individual U and V directions for more power; Cool, but now we need to change twice as many settings.
If we add a "Same as U" option to the second "Border mode (V)" setting and made it default, then we would still have the extra control of octane 2022 but with fewer clicks of octane 2021, given that the majority of the time you will want them to be the same.
