Just wondering if anyone else was automatically re-billed for a subscription they canceled when signing up for the new Octane Studio+ subscription? I canceled my previous annual subscription before my expiration (had about 1 -2 weeks left on the activation) and immediately signed up for Studio+ on 11/30. Just checked my statement and Otoy billed me for BOTH a subscription renewal AND the new subscription.

Sorry for the hassle!

This is issue can be solved by Support writing to help at otoy dot com, but we are overcharged at the moment :(

Anyway, we are going to answer to everyone as soon as possible, please be patient.

ciao,

Yes I sent in a report on Friday when I noticed the overcharge for about $506.00 (plus $15.00 foreign transaction fee). Have not heard back from support yet though I understand they are hammered at the moment. So I instructed my bank to contest this as I can’t really wait for who knows how long? The odd thing is I was auto charged for Octane Enterprise at the much higher rate even though that plan no longer exists!
