We are in preproduction at the mo, but i am very tempted to throw some cash at investigating whether or not this thing is right for an animated series.
anyone else using it in a full animation production pipeline? can they direct me to any info or considerations for doing so?
Anyone relied on it for a full animation production?

I guess it depends on what you want to do.
Not all features are implemented for a complete animation pipeline, although there have been multiple commercial projects done by customers with octane. (TV commercials)
I guess testing and determining if it suits for your particular projects is your first start.
