Re : Octane V4 cannot login after 2020 installation in C4D

Hello All,

My problem is that I used to run Octane 2019 and 2020 on my C4d R20 and there was no problem.

Today I downgraded Octane to 4.05 and in C4D the Octane login window does not automatically show up.
When I select any Octane commands, a black windows from Octane popped up saying my Octane 2020 license has expired. Yes, my 2020 license has expired but my 4.05 license is perpetual, at least it works on my Rhino 3D installation without problem.

I have cleared and reinstalled the Octane 4.05 plugin into the "plugins" folder, nothing's changed.There is no other plugins installed.

Seems like something is written or memorized by C4D to jump to the Octane 2020-type login!?
