Hi octaners,

it was made for self edducation. 1 732 769 triangles, rendering time 53 min., 3x blackbody + hdr studio lighting. The scene will be use for a mattepainting project may be. I can´t wait to see version 1.

Very nice setting!

The scale of the leather texture is too small, IMO. There's an escaped 'button' floating, and the clock has no numbers, but that might be on purpose... :)

Hey,

This is very good, the white and red cloth looks like a photo... (and the brown leather is nice, although the bump map is a bit too large, i'd scale it down a bit)

Hope to see a final come out of this, it's very promising :)

differing opinions. One person saying the texture is too small and one saying that it is too large. I'd probably say that makes it about the right size.

I say the bumbmap is to large to the texture :lol:

We actually mean the same thing - that the leather texture looks too big.

I was referring to the scale factor in Octane, which is set too small - if you raise the factor the texture gets multiplied more times.
