Missing Geo in Animation

Every few frames my animation misses some little parts of the hierarchy. (Like the Washers below the screws) When I delete the octane object tags the error is gone. Maybe some motion blur issue? Can someone help?

which exact version of plugin you are using?
Please, go to c4d menu Script or Extensions/Console, (Shift+F10), and copy paste the default console output in your answer, thanks.
Please, also share a screenshot of the hierarchy structure of the missing elements from c4d object manager, thanks.
