No motion blur in Live Viewer but yes in Viewport (solved)

As you can see in the picture, I can not see motion blur in live viewer, but if I press ctrl+R in my viewport, I can see the motion blur effect in the box.

Is that a bug? because last time I needed Motion Blur i could see it in the live viewer.

restart the render in Live Viewer. It's using a cached motion data during the edit, best to restart a render or render to picture viewer.

Ok, I tried everything, restarting the render, closing and opening again the Live Viewer, everything.

And searching a little bit I found this solution.

The "Camera motion blur" was disabled, so if I activate this option, motion blur works perfect.

The camera was always static, but this works.
