LiveDB Errors

Hello all

I've been struggling with this for the last few days. When I try and load LiveDB in Octane for Poser, I get the below error. I've tried deleting the referenced files, uninstalled and reinstalled the Plugin as well as base Octane, LiveDB has been working in base Octane the entire time however. I know there should be a log somewhere that might indicate the issue, but I cannot find where it's located. Does anyone have any insight into why these errors are occurring or where to find that log so I can try and resolve it? I know I could probably reinstall Poser, OCtane, etc, and resolve it that way, but that's just alot more work than I'd rather actually go through right this second.

This appears to be an issue with the LiveDb at OTOY's end. I have reported the problem to them, so hopefully a fix is put through soon.

I believe that OTOY have now resolved this problem, so the LiveDb should be working for you again now.

Nope.
Still down. I'm not even seeing LiveDB tab in the standalone
Edited: Sorry I have the dongle license so it won't work for me.
