I have a problem about compare mode. If I run "Store render buffer" command, I'm getting black image. This is not happening all the time but when it started it does not go away and I have to restart c4d.

I have a problem about compare mode. If I run "Store render buffer" command, I'm getting black image. This is not happening all the time but when it started it does not go away and I have to restart c4d.
I don't know if the problem is related to my system. if I can get some suggestions here maybe I can try to fix this problem.
