Hello. I work on 2 computers. I want to use modo to render an image using the Modo F8 renderer on one machine and the Octane for Lightwave plugin on another one. I can't. When Modo is started on pc # 1, the license is not available any more on machine n# 2. (even though I didn't start Octane on that Modo session)
When I try to log out on the Octane plugin on PC 1 (the Modo plugin) , All I get is the autentificate button, with no option to log out. Meaning that, It looks like Octane isn't activated on Modo using the native renderer, but PC 2 claims that the license is already in Use.
SOmething else: when I insist, log out from the lightwave (PC 2) plugin to try and re-enable the plugin, I get a message stating that I need an internet connection to authentificate Octane (which I do). I remember having this message on other similar occasions.
license/authentification problem

The licensing side of the plugin is handled by the Octane API - so you will need to work through these types of issues with OTOY via the Support menu at this top of this page.
