Random render artefacts when using curves

Hi,

I am working on a scene where I am using the bevel approach to sweep a set of pipes along a curve following this method:



However, when I come to render, I get some random artefacts appearing in the scene:

These orange extrusions are also causing my base plane not to show.

Has anybody experienced this before or had any similar issues?

Not sure if Octane supports curves dirrectly. Try converting them to mesh first, or changing object type to Reshapable proxy.

Will dig into the tutorial later, but, of interest, I depend on curves for this sort of thing in most of my projects. I use curves as paths for meshes, and as independent beveled/depth objects.
And, I agree that Reshapable Proxy, could help.
