Hi,
I have again a problem with Octane Cache.
My 3dsmax was slow to open, close scene file.
Octane cache was over 10 Go.... ( I cleared it )
Is ENU the right place to write Octane Cache ?

The size of the cache should not really slowdown the open / close of scenes.. but I'll check..
You can change the cache location in Octane Preferences, bottom of 'Material' tab :
The 'Material and Map Preview file cache location' has several options.
The default is '3dsMax user temporary folder', that's something like that
C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2023 - 64bit\ENU\temp\OctaneCache
You could change it to 'User defined folder', and set it to a fast SSD drive..
and use the 'Clear cache' button from time to time..
Thanks
