Install Issue

Im new to houdini coming from Lightwave, I'm trying to install and I have the shelf working but there is an issue see attached. The license doesnt seem to active anyone have any ideas how to resolve this ?

Hi,
I'd suggest to hide the confidential information from the screenshot, before posting it.
It's a public forum. You don't have to hide such information if you contact the OTOY via the support page directly.

You can modify the post to remove the screenshot, additionally to remove it from the upload file by going into: User Control Panel ➔ Front Page ➔ Manage Attachments.

Regarding the license activation, did you consult the official documentation?
