In CG there's not really a RAW format like the photo/video world. So I'll assume you're going for the lightroom feel of photo editing. The closest you'll get is linear .EXR images - and ACES will have some tone mapping built into their system so if you set Octane and Davinci Resolve/ After Effects up properly for ACES you'll get an experience similar to Lightroom or Capture One.
Very soon someone will comment that I'm incorrect and you don't need ACES but I'd just start here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4t3qHtwyWcs

James pointed it, there is no raw file format (lower case, not an acronym) in offline rendering.
Basically, the renderer outputs (linear, open-domain) "light data", which is recommended to be contained in an OpenEXR file format. Some of the fundamentals.
There is this wide-spread misconception that 32-bit is a necessity.
16-bit half floating point OpenEXR offers anything one would need for, in post.
ACES is an other enormous misconception.
Worse, it's a headache for many unknowledgeable individuals that is avoidable and absolutely dispensable.
Thank you both. Yeah I am kind of aware that raw is not really used in a CGI context but was looking for a more "exotic" workflow.
I was just shooting some raw video footage and was thinking about how to combine it with my Octane renderings in the most simple workflow since raw files offer that tremendous flexibility in post. Like copying my raw grading node tree in Resolve over to my CGI rendering or so for base grading. I guess there are more color transforms needed to make that happen for sure.
