Unfortunately old AMD GPUs and Intel GPUs are not supported anymore in new OctaneX PR12/13/14 for macOS 12 Monterey - there were some Apple Metal driver related issues.

You should need to go back to Big Sur 11.6.7, with OctaneX PR11, but please consider that Intel GPU is very very slow, and not well supported even in Big Sur.
Intel GPU has issues with material previews, so it is necessary to go to Live View menu Option, and disable both material, and OpenGL preview, before loading the scene in Live View:

Yes, Ventura is not supported yet, but with AMD 5300M you can go back to Monterey and OctaneX PR14.
