Since the last plugin update I have been trying to get decals to work in UE5 but they don't appear in the octane viewport.
I have tried natively and also using octane materials but with no luck.
Can you explain what needs to be done to get these working. Are there any extra steps or should they work out of the box?

Decals work in our test scenes.
Would it be possible for you to share an example scene where it is not working for you?
Also, which version of the plugin are you using?

Hi Chris,
I'm using v 0.53:Hotfix in Unreal 5.02.
What is the best way to provide an unreal scene for you to test?

Best way is to create a small test level with broken elements (materials, meshes etc) in it, save it, and then migrate the level out of unreal.joshuamkerr wrote:Hi Chris,

That way you end up with only the parts

Where do you need the test level migrated to?

Zip up the folder you migrated to, and share it with me via drive/dropboxjoshuamkerr wrote:Where do you need the test level migrated to?
