Yo,

I've consulted the manual, watched as many relevant tutorials as I can find, but no luck in cementing my understanding of what I'm trying to do.

Quite literally this, but for/in Octane: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqrISqFY3bQ&t=408s

I use both RS and Octane fairly regularly, but have done very little custom AOV stuff with Octane over the last year and some change.

If anyone has any leads they could share, I'll be super appreciative.

Thanks!

Hi,
enable the Custom AOV option only in the Sub-Material of the logo, and change it to Custom AOV 2, or whatever number different from 1, then enable the Cusyom AOV 2 in in render AOV group tab, and cjange the Visible after option from Null, to reflections, then back to Null:

bepeg4d, you're the best in the biz. This worked exactly as I was hoping it would. Thanks a ton!
