Hello,

I can reproduce this bug any time with any Blender scene and Octane with any setting (using the latest Version 2021.1.4 - 26.0 [TEST]): I set Octane as renderer, render a scene, close the render window again, then minimize Blender, then trying to maximize it again via the task bar. Instant crash. This doesn't happen when I don't use the render window before. Just rendering it in the 3D scene in preview doesn't result in crahsing afterwards. Seems as soon as I have engaged a final render, Blender crashes upon minimizing, then maximizing again.

Windows 10, latest updates
64 GB Ram
Geforce Experience Game Ready Driver 512.15
RTX 2080 Super

Thanks
Marco

Hello,
seems I found out what's going on here - I just realized that I've now had the same issue with other (non Octane) Blender versions as well! The same crashes upon minimizing and maximizing. I was wondering what I had changed on my system recently (because some days ago I didn't have any problems with Blender at all...) and more or less the only new stuff I had installed was "Duet Display" - a program that makes it possible that I could use my iPad Pro as a second monitor on m PC and even use the Apple Pencil for drawing etc. - wirelessly. I deinstalled this program from my PC and now everything is working fine again with Blender - also with the above mentioned Octane version! :) Seems the Duet software f*cked up something in the graphics/driver system. Too bad...

I mentioned this just in case someone else uses Duet Display and is having the same issues.
