This might be a dumb question, but I can't find any clarity about this on my subscription page. I've been using the basic enterprise version ($29.99 per month) for the last few months. I just purchased a yearly license of Octane Enterprise +RNDR (For network rendering). Can I now cancel the previous subscription? I'm just wondering if my new subscription will make the basic one redundant. Or do I need both?

unless you need to work with 2x workstations at the same time, the previous Enterprise license is redundant.
To cancel a subscription, please, follow the instructions at the following link:

Basically you need to visit your personal Octanelive subscription page:
https://render.otoy.com/account/subscriptions.php
Then click on the View Info button, and finally click on the Cancel Subscription button:
