Hi,
Is there a way to exclude some objects or material from cryptomatte render.
I mean in my scene :
-I have a building : I want all materials separated in my cryptomatte render.
-I have all plants with many many materials : I don't want all the material, it would kill the file ( too many materials )
DO I need to make a render of building and plants , then apply a diffuse material to all plants, and render cryptomatte ( material node name for eg ) ?
Thanks.

Hi HHbomb,
Could be enough setting them "hide" in Octane properties?

Hi, Paride.
If I hide my plants, I need to make another render to separate the building and the plants ( render layerid for exemple ).

Hi,
you could try using CryptoObjectNodeName grouping the plants.
