Hi.
Is it possible to bake the displacement map on to a texture?
When i have a displacement map connected the bake cam just crashes.
do i just have to convert displacement to normal maps in order to get light to bake to the texture?
bake displacement onto texture?

Use the Baking Texture node (described here: https://docs.otoy.com/cinema4d/BakingTexture.html ) placed between the Image Texture node and the Displacement node. Make sure that the resolution settings match as closely as possible. If this is what you did and you still have issues, please file a support ticket: [email protected]
