Light "look at" orientation after non uniform scaling wrong?

I get some strange behavior when using a target/"look at" reference while scaling the Octane light non uniformly.
It's seem like the scaling offsets the "look at" position? (See gif)

I don't know if it's a bug, or me not understanding how it's suppose to work.

The way I'm trying to make it work is to have the normal direction of the light point directly at the "look at" target, with a constant up vector.

Hmm, I need to think about it. Probably the scale feature doesn't work at all with the look at option. Be aware that the Mantra area light doesn't have this feature, probably due to this same kind of issue. The workaround can be to use a conventional grid object as a light source.
