Octane + 3d Gradient Animation workarounds?

Hello guys,
I have a lot of problems with opacity gradient animation on 3d objects, I am using this method:

It seems Octane has problem with 3d gradients, it works well on 2d planes but not on 3d objects. Is there any other workaround?
