PMC stuck on first frame during rendering

Hi there!
I've turned off denoising but the PMC export gets stuck on the first frame. I'm able to view the frame renders in the live viewer so I think it's an issue with the export settings.
Any help would be appreciated. i've attached screenshtos of the live viewer, my render settings, and the script panel:

Hi,
sorry, the screenshots are not visible, but please note that AI Denoiser doesn't work with PMC kernel, only Direct Light and Path Tracing.
