Hello,
I have a landscape with an Octane DayLight lighting the scene. I created a big cube, and put a camera inside. So it's all closed off. However, the Octane DayLight still affects the lighting inside the cube. Is it possible to have it completely closed, so I can have a different lighting scene inside that cube ?
Thanks!
Is it possible to hide the DayLight inside a cube ?

This might work: in the Octane Object tag for the cube, go to the Object Layer tab > Light Pass Mask and choose Enable from the menu. Then disable the "s" and "e" boxes. In the Visibility tab, disable Shadow Visibility.
In the Kernels tab, you may need to enable Light IDs Action.

I just tested it - there is a very faint light in one corner of the cube when using Direct Lighting kernel, but it is gone when using Path Tracing. Did you use DL?
Another thing I can think of: if you got a very large scene and one small cube, maybe change Ray Epsilon?
