Create Jet flames

Hi,
I am looking for a way to shape the spot light into a jet flame like form.

Is this possible in Octane?

Not with SpotLight, but with a cone and medium node with emission:

If you use the c4d Volume workflow in fog mode, with an Octane Object tag, you can have a more detailed result.
