I have managed to drag a node way off of the side of the node editor. Is there any way of scrolling the node editor or at least getting hold of my node? I can't see any facility to rearrange nodes. I fear that my node may be lost forever!

It's gone. Sacrificed to the Great Flying Spaghetti Monster. Oh, glory!
I managed to do so myself, once
You can try to expand the window, but since all the nodes are scaled with the window pane, I think it wont help.

Yes, you'll have to manually edit the OCS file and relocate the node position... I had the same problem long ago, and that fix it...
tip: Search inside for the name of the OBJ file...

Note to myself: Make node view panable and later zoomable...
Until then, please follow Andrians tip. If it doesn't work, please send me a PM.

I'm very good loosing nodes, usually I can spot them again when I scale down the viewport.
