Hi. I have a Studio subscription for the Cinema 4D plugin and was thinking for upgrading to an Enterprise subscription so I could get both the Cinema plugin and the Houdini plugin. Am I correct that the Enterprise subscription will allow me to use both? And my question: Since there is no obvious upgrade option from Studio to Enterprise on the sales page, is it recommended that I cancel the Studio subscription and then sign up for Enterprise? Thank you.

Hi,
In studio, if I'm not mistaken, you already have both. Just that you choose your main plugin for potential issue. (I have studio, and I use Daz/c4d/render without restriction)
But you have to be connected to use them. Entreprise allow you to do it offline with a dongle and have render node.
If you go in the download page, you can choose your plugin in select software dropdown.
Or you can go in the subforums of the plugin you want.

Thanks but in Downloads I only have options for Cinema plugin, Nuke, After Effects and Unity. There is no option for me to download Houdini. I thought my subscription type must be the reason.

the single plugin is no more listed in your personal OctaneLive page, since now all the plugins are included in every subscripttion.
You should se a generic Octane Plugins license, instead.
The single plugin is listed only with Perpetual licenses, not subscriptions.
Anyway, as marc_cornette has pointed out, you can always find all the available versions with your licenses by visiting your personal Downloads area, and navigating in the Select Software pop up:

Right. Obviously it matters not what I write if there isn't a picture to go with it so here it is. I don't have any access to the Houdini plugin, as pictured. Please advise.

You're on one of the older subscriptions that allows access to one plugin. Your renewal is coming up soon, cancel your renewal in your OTOY account or PayPal account and then purchase a studio monthly subscription on our website. It'll give you access to all plugins.

To be fair, when there is a renewal, it would be cool to have an auto upgrade to newest offer instead of keeping the old offer (I don't speak about the price but about content).

Hi Marc,
from old to new subscription, there is also a change in the payment type, basically you need to interrupt with PayPal, so it is not possible to make it automatic.
