PR12 Octane X C4D R25 no plugin showing

I have installed PR12 of Octane X Enterprise both Standalone and as plugin for C4D R25 but I do not see anything for Octane within C4D. Standalone is licensed and starts just fine. Am I missing something? Running Monterey 12.0.1 on M1 16" MacBook Pro

I even tried it in S24 and not working, not getting any security notices in MACOS security panel.

Hi,
M1 chip support is still considered experimental at this stage, and it is still working under Rosetta 2 for plugins, at the moment.

Please, select the Cinema 4D.app, press Command+I, to get the Info panel, and enable the Open using Rosetta option:
