C4D S24 Crashing when opening a project and Live Viewer wind

For some reason when I open c4d s24 and open a project the program crashes.

Seems to only happen when I have the Octane Live Viewer window open (since it's a part of my customized default layout)
Weird thing is, about 80% of the time when I reopen C4D again and open the project, the program doesn't crash. Even with Octane Live Viewer open.

Crash is happening with Cinema4D S24 Octane 2020.5 and 2021.1 version.
Did a clean install of C4D S24 and Octane before installing the 2021 plug-in and that didn't fix anything.

Cannot figure out what's causing this bug. Any ideas?

We don't know it's a bug, probably not. Most likely something is wrong on your setup. Maybe drivers or installation. Have you compared the install instructions and requirements with your setup?

Yes and everythings what it should be. Would changing some settings in the Nvidia Control panel matter?
I was trying to find a solution on other forum posts and saw a few that mentioned control panel settings but didn't have any luck

Better to send e-mail to support for deeper help. It's not a case I can search more. Even there may some problems with windows dlls. Make a forum search for wintab32.dll for example.

Thanks, I can confirm this just happened to me and after relaunching, closing the LV window and opening the project it didn't crash. Thank you for posting this!
