Hello there!
I know that octane is supporting PBR, and I wish to learn how to set up such materials within the plugin. I saw this old video made by Paul:

I understand that the answer for what I seek lays within this graph node option, but I have no idea where to begin. is there any thorough guide that you people can link me to? thanks in advance <3
How to set up a PBR material in Octane poser plugin?

Hi. In general, you would use the Octane Universal Material for PBR. https://docs.otoy.com/StandaloneH_STA/S ... hlight=pbr

As this is a general Octane question, and not related to the plugin, I suggest searching and posting in the General Discussion forum.gsfcreator wrote:thanks, Paul. Do you mean that I'll have to do this outside of the plugin? because I'm using only the poser plugin, not the stand-alone...

He means that you can ask or search in the General Discussion forum since creating materials is the same in every single plugin. And not just creating materials. Everything is pretty much the same across the board. The only difference is the host application. So if you have any question regarding workflow, ask in General Discussion or search how its done in another plugin if you can't find an answer.gsfcreator wrote:Do you mean that I'll have to do this outside of the plugin? because I'm using only the poser plugin, not the stand-alone...
