The clay mode in Octane 2020 seems to be ignoring the opacity data of all materials. This used to work perfectly fine in Octane v4. Is there some sort of hidden setting I'm missing?
Example below, a plane with a red material and triangle in the opacity texture.
Clay mode, opacity not registered.
Clay mode not registering opacity channel.

this is not plugin related, but Standalone/SDK related, and strangely that no one has reported it before
Just checked, and the latest version supporting alpha textures in opacity with Clay rendering mode is 2018.1.
From 2019.1, the alpha texture is rendered in black, and from 2020.1 it is rendered in white opaque.
Please ask in the Standalone 2020.2.5 discussion to have an answer from the core devs:
