Beautiful! Very clean and still realistic. Are we using the same program??
Maybe you could use some noise modifier on the geometry or some bump to give it some extra realism. Wall seem too perfect.
Then again, wonderful!

Very impressive work! You might need to float something in the scene off the floor so we would know it is CG. The car would be convincing.
The roof shingles look weathered. I have only seen materials that look like new products. Would you mind telling us a little more as to how you achieved this realistic of an appearance.
BTW I have been modeling in Chief Architect for serveral years, but have not really done much with Octane yet. It would be great if you could give some pointers regarding your workflow methods, as in how you are getting your models set up in Octane, with I believe it is ArchiCAD that you are using.

Hi Gaus.
i have used chief architect for years too, very good and easy to use program.
now i am working with archicad 14 and the different is s significant ,much more detailed.
my usual workflow :modelling the basic in archicad then export as a 3ds file in to cinema 4d,ad some detailed modelling
like curbs ,window handles .....,texture the whole scene with default texture settings ,place a backround plane if
need it .and then export the scene in to octane via the c4d exporter and do the final adjustment to the materials and textures
set the lighting and render the whole scene with a high res . 2000-4000 and downsize the image in photoshop.
the roofslates are modeled in archicad (real geometry ) and textured with a large concrete texture in cinema4d.
thats it.
hope i could help you
Rico
BTW post some images here ,its a very good way to learn.

Hi Rico... very good your scene, clean, nice, heheh
can you tell me what kind light you used? daylight , hdri, and what type camera response? i realy like your render and i am new in octane that´s the reason about my questions. actualy i cant get the same result... light clear, only a little bit blue or yelow and in my interiors scenes the same case when the walls are white.
thanks and sorry for many questions
hugs

hi lzanlorenzi.
i used daylight and pathtracing for my images ,about the blueish colour on interior shots ,when you render with directlight
you get the blue colour ,try pathtracing and the cameraresp.(agfacolorHDC 400plus CD)and you get a nice warm
atmosphere.
cheers
