Hi,

I'm using the latest build with lw 2020 and I'm having an issue with the displacement node.

I have an object that has a UV and I'm using a a black and white (decal) mask to control a material mixer. The texture is set to 'black' in the border settings so that the texture only appears once and doesn't repeat across the whole UV. This works fine for the material mixer.

When I use the same texture to control displacement (I want the decal to be displaced), the displacement texture repeats across the material. Tried using 'black' and 'clamp' in the border settings without any luck, and it repeats no matter how I set the border.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks

I think that these features are not supported by the conventional displacement node, but perhaps they could work using the new vertex displacement.

Thanks,
