Live viewer and render output Size don't match

for some reason my Live viewer stuck with square shape but I changed the render size output to rectangular and it is ok on my render window but Live viewer don't change for some reason. I turned off all the passes but it didn't work out. I never have this issue before, I recently updated to 2.4-R2 and using c4d S24 How can I match it.
I would appreciate if you can help me with this

ah! after I posted here I also decided to try lock the resolution and it worked. But I am still curious, Is this the way to be done? or is there any other reason that doesn't match?
