Unreal4.26 had being on "No response" state while enabled OC

Unreal4.26 being on "No response" state while enabled OC plugin.

I have created a level and put in some normal actor. Then when I tried to click the icon to run the OC Plugin, the Unreal Engine went on "No response", I cannot do anything but shutdown the instance of Unreal Engine.

However, I could normally use OC plugin in the Starter Maps which UnrealEngine pre-supplied.

I tried to analyze the waiting chain of Unreal Engine. It used to show that "UE4Editor.exe One or more threads are waiting to complete the network IO".

I used 3900X + GTX1070 + 42GB memory.

Which version of the plugin are you on?
Does standalone work for you? Specifically this version: (viewtopic.php?f=24&t=77414)
