Lighting values look nice. Things to watch out for would be wood grain direction on any structural elements, there appears to be a grid tile in the floor pattern but it doesn't align to the floor pattern, and the structure of the main posts / beams / to the roof actually isn't correct - building would collapse in the first real wind storm ;)

Hard to read tone in text. I hope you didn't take offense to my comments, none intended - you had posted the renders in the work in progress, so I was just responding to a couple things that I thought would maybe help in the final image.
