Cryptomatte feature needs a SEED LOCK

I am using Deadline with two render nodes. Cryptomattes are generating totally different IDs between each node making them useless. I have also noticed that simply stopping a local F10 render and starting again, on the same machine, will cause the IDs to change.

Currently the only way to get clean IDs is to render on ONE machine and never stop/start it.
