Yes @radiance has said there will be a Linux version first and then a Mac one.
I'm not sure what day it will be available since the Linux is held up a little.
I am not Octane employee but I would think he would want to get it out by, not this weekend but the next at the latest.
Keep checking back next week.

We've run into some problems with it and we're resolving those now.

Once we've got the linux version out and propperly tested,
we'll start porting it to mac os.

Glad to hear that the OS X version is on it's way. Having only just released the Linux version (and would it be fair to say that it's slightly unstable), I take it that means that OS X users will be waiting for a while longer yet?

With that in mind, will the beta licence offer be extended for Mac users to allow us to get our hands on Octane before parting with our cash?
