How to make without rest forr noise

I'd like to create a procedural shader, but when I render my animation the noise is "floating", in Redshift I know I can use rest position, how can I do something like I do in redshift in Octane ?

Try to add an arbitrary UV map to the object. As far as I know, Octane can use this UV map as a reference for the procedurals.
