No Luck, I was actually fairly confident that it may have been SIP related, but I still have the same issue when I reinstall the plugin and try. So currently I am maybe to believe there is a difference in the two plugins.
The only help I have been given so far is that 'developers are working with apple to fix it.' Although I haven't really been told what is wrong or how long to wait. It does seem strange that others have this working.

The plugins should be the same. I can't figure out why the enterprise build works but not the studio one. I have an internal build including the OctaneX PR7 core for H18.5.462. This is the link if you want to take a look at it:

Thank you for this Juanjo. I have tried both plugin versions on Houdini 18.5.462 Indie, and neither work for me.
However, with either of these plugins I can view the Houdini crash logs, which I couldn’t with plugins for 18.5.408.
If I look at the crash logs I get ‘caught signal 6’. And I can see the liboctane.dylib file listed several times.
